Monitor and control operational and project-related budgets across data center facilities, infrastructure, and service operations.
Prepare budget planning, cost forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly financial reports for management review.
Track CAPEX and OPEX spending to ensure alignment with approved budgets and business targets.
Coordinate with the internal teams to support cost efficiency and financial accuracy.
Review vendor quotations, purchase requests, invoices, and project costs to ensure budget compliance and cost optimization.
Analyze cost trends, identify financial risks, and recommend corrective actions or improvement initiatives.
Support audit activities, financial documentation, and reporting processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
