Set up and maintain all bar tables, ensuring proper arrangement and cleanliness
Inspect and prepare all glassware, china, flatware, and linen before service
Know and describe all drinks on the menu; recommend beverages to guests and suggest cocktails and wines to enhance their selections
Receive orders from captain or guests and prepare drinks according to Standard Operating Manual procedures
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and mise-en-place at the working station and service pantry
Replenish supplies of linen, glassware, and operating equipment as needed
Clean all spillage during service and at closing to maintain a professional bar environment
