Preparing Production process
- Daily 5S activity before Setup production process and maintain the work area keep clean, safe and clarify.
- Perform Warming up machine, start up Checking, and verification master sample before Production running
- Provide and filling out production and maintenance form / record for Operation
- Prepare production supplies and sub materials for running production
- Follow daily briefing with all production staff
- Support Production Leader to perform Routine Preventive Maintenance activities
Productivitiy & OEE
- Keep effective machine and equipment for production processing hour are used.
- Keep target output and cycle time shiftly
- Ensure that equipment are maintained in good to reduce unplanned Breakdown
- Support Preparation Change Over Activities in work station
Quality
- Reduce production scrap ratio especially cause production damage
- Keep target Zero Customer Claim
- Keep quality condition during production.
- Follow Working Instruction, Production Procedure, and company rules / policies
Skill Up Grade Production
- Following Training activity according to Training Plan, Qualification skill matrix, Evaluation test, Blind Test and others
- Process training to increase competency
Keep Safety Condition
- Operating equipment safely for production processing.
- Ensure that equipment are in good condition and safe working condition.
- Identify and report unsafe operations to Supervisor immediately.
