Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage and organize store operational documents (attendance, checklists, etc.)
- Perform regular data input and updates to ensure accurate records
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure administrative accuracy
2. Data & Database Management
- Input and maintain accuracy of data related to inventory, attendance, and store operations
- Conduct routine data checks and validation
- Organize and maintain databases to ensure easy access and usability
3. Reporting & Analysis
- Assist in preparing daily and weekly reports (attendance, operational performance, etc.)
- Process and analyze basic data to support monitoring and decision-making
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
4. Store Operations Support
- Monitor store attendance and staff compliance
- Support periodic Quality Assurance (QA) checks (not on a daily basis)
- Assist in ensuring store operations run according to company standards
- Provide general operational support as required by the team
