DevOps Specialist (AWS | EKS | Terraform)

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
DevOps Specialist to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure cloud platforms on AWS. You will play a key role in shaping our
cloud landing zone architecture, enabling teams to deploy and operate workloads efficiently on
Amazon EKS using
Infrastructure as Code.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS-based cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on Amazon EKS
- Architect and manage cloud landing zones aligned with security, governance, and scalability best practices
- Develop and maintain Terraform modules for reusable, automated infrastructure provisioning
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies for containerized workloads
- Collaborate with application, security, and platform teams to ensure high availability and performance
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure system reliability
- Enforce security best practices across IAM, networking, secrets, and workloads
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues across environments
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of hands-on DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience
- Strong expertise with AWS, especially EKS
- Proven experience using Terraform for infrastructure automation
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with cloud landing zone architecture
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes concepts, networking, and security
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and microservices architectures
- Strong Linux and scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.)
Nice to Have
- AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer)
- Experience with service mesh, observability tools, or GitOps practices
- Exposure to multi-account AWS environments and governance frameworks
