Job Description
- Work closely with business analysts to translate business needs into technical plans.
- Analyse workflows, systems, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Convert business requirements into structured, actionable technical solutions.
- Deliver Customer Digital Platform features such as eService, Chatbot, and Voicebot.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, testers, and Group Office teams.
- Support stakeholders by offering technical guidance and solution insights.
- Participate in end-to-end solution design, development, and implementation.
The Successful Applicant
- 3-5+ years of hands-on development experience.
- Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and frameworks like NodeJS and ReactJS.
- Skilled in frontend, backend, and mobile development environments.
- Experience in NodeJS or Java Spring Boot or C# is required.
- Familiar with Azure services: Logic Apps, ADF, and Function App.
- Exposure to AI/ML or PoC development is a plus.
- Azure certifications or large-scale system experience is advantageous.
- Strong requirement-gathering and documentation capabilities.
- Able to resolve technical challenges across multiple development tracks.
- Comfortable coordinating with regional and local IT teams.
