Financial Controller - Healthcare Sector

About The Job.
- Oversee all financial accounting functions, including month-end closing, consolidation, and statutory reporting.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide detailed quarterly forecasting and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial reporting, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and capital expenditure assessments for new medical equipment or facility upgrades.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive process improvements and enhance internal control frameworks to mitigate financial risks.
- Provide strategic financial advice to the senior management team to support business decision-making in tendering and project management
Skills & Experience Required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA is mandatory.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial capacity.
- Previous experience within the healthcare, engineering or construction industry is highly preferred.
- Immediately available or on a very short notice period.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
