Key Areas of Responsibilities

HR Policies, Procedures & Governance

  • Provide general support to HR colleagues on policy interpretation, change management activities and procedural guidance.
  • Work closely with regional HR teams, local HR operations and centres of excellence to ensure consistent and robust HR operations.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures across Hong Kong and overseas locations in alignment with internal control standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in monitoring HR compliance, perform periodic checks and help ensure consistent adoption of HR practices across markets.
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners and HR centres of excellence (Payroll, C&B, L&D) to strengthen governance and operational discipline.

Risk Management & Internal Controls

  • Assist in reviewing HR operational processes to identify control gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Support the execution of HR control testing and follow‑up actions on identified risks.
  • Help prepare materials for internal / external audits and support remediation activities.

Project Management & Process Improvement

  • Support group-level HR projects across their lifecycle including planning, execution, tracking and reporting.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking on HR best practices to support continuous process improvement.
  • Prepare project documentation, presentations and progress updates for stakeholders.
  • Participate in system enhancement projects and testing cycles to support ongoing HRIS improvements.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • 3–6 years of HR experience, ideally in HR operations, HR risk and governance or HR projects.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR regulatory requirements; exposure to regional markets is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, documentation and project coordination skills.
  • High level of integrity, strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with data.
