Job Description
As an E-business Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing eCommerce strategies to drive online sales growth and customer engagement through the key marketplaces platform for US/ Europe markets.
- Analyzing marketplace performance metrics and implementing improvements to enhance conversion rates.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including product & design teams, to align marketing & online initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Overseeing digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
- Staying up-to-date with ecommerce trends and technologies to implement innovative solutions.
- Preparing regular reports on ecommerce performance and presenting insights to key stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Ecommerce Manager Should Have
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce marketplace platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Minimum 6 years' experiences in managing online marketplace business fro US/Europe markets.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in managing online sales channels and driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with PPC, SEO, SEM, and other digital advertising tools.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Proficient in both spoken and written in English and Cantonese.
