Summary

Program Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth experience for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related degree programme.
  • Strong passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and high reliability.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin, Cantonese are an advantage.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
