Aurex have been engaged by a highly creative design studio to identify an Associate Director, Interior Design (Hospitality) to create and deliver on Grade A projects. With an established presence across Asia, our client is seeking a talented and design-led individual to support the delivery of world-class interior environments, while mentoring and guiding a growing interior team.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Studio, your primary role will be to drive creative design solutions across hospitality projects in the region, working closely with your team to ensure exceptional project outcomes.
Leading from the front, you will be responsible for understanding your team’s strengths, delegating work effectively, and supporting their ongoing development. You will play a key role in maintaining design quality across projects, while also contributing to team performance and studio operations.
An essential characteristic we are looking for is strong, people-focused leadership. The ideal candidate will be able to lead with professionalism, empathy, and the ability to build meaningful connections within the team and with clients.
