Key Responsibilities
- Liaison with Building Management Offices (BMO)
- Conduct regular meetings with BMO to coordinate the approval process and installation arrangements for EV chargers
- Follow up on the installation progress of EV charging facilities in various residential estates to ensure smooth project execution
- Handling Resident Enquiries
- Understand residents' needs and questions regarding EV charging, and provide professional advice
- Assist residents with applications and related paperwork for EV charger installation
- Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing Department to provide frontline insights on EV charging promotion plans
- Gather and relay customer feedback to help Marketing develop more attractive promotional initiatives
- Sales & Customer Relationship
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients to promote EV charging solutions
- Maintain existing client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and referral opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in sales or customer service; background in property management or EV industry is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently coordinate meetings with BMO and other stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of the EV charging market and a willingness to learn relevant technical information
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with the Marketing Department
