You will join the Treasury team to support daily cash operations and global banking administration. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth running of our banking infrastructure. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is eager to learn and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Bank Account Management: Assist in maintaining global banking structure activities, including coordinating account openings/closures, handling KYC documentation, and managing signatory updates.
- System Administration: Perform security administration tasks for electronic banking portals and Treasury systems (e.g., creating users, managing tokens, and setting entitlements).
- FX & Investment Execution: Execute Foreign Exchange (FX) trades and cash investment transactions in accordance with company policy.
- Trade Finance: Administer Standby Letters of Credit and bank guarantee processes to support business operations.
- Operational Support: Support daily cash management tasks and assist with the preparation of cash flow reports.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Legal and Finance teams to ensure all banking documents are processed and filed correctly.
What You Need
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury operations or the banking industry.
- Skills:
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated team player with sound decision-making skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities under deadlines, with a focus on process improvement.
- Language: Strong English and Mandarin communication skills (Cantonese proficiency is a plus).
- Tech Savvy: Experience using Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
