We are currently looking for passionate graduates who aspire to become professional Engineers to join our 2- year Technical Trainee Programme – Engineering stream, which is an HKIE accredited Scheme “A” Graduate Training Progrmme leading to Professional Qualification. As an Engineer Trainee, you will embark on a dynamic 2-year journey featuring job rotations across property portfolios, new development projects, and external consultancies. With guidance from experienced mentors and supervisors, you’ll gain hands-on experience, receive coaching for personal growth, and be supported in pursuing relevant professional examinations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduates from Degree accredited by HKIE in disciplines of Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines
• Able to demonstrate career interest in property and project management
• Good academic and extra-curricular activities records
• Good communication skills (spoken & written) in both English and Chinese
• Adaptable and willing to take challenges
