We are partnering with a leading financial institution to hire an experienced
Network Security Engineer to join their Security Project Implementation Team. This team is responsible for driving large‑scale, enterprise‑level security initiatives, including IAM rollout, network security enhancement, and the deployment of new on‑premise security technologies.

About The Role
As a Network Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing on‑premise security infrastructure across a large financial environment. You’ll work closely with infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to ensure high security standards and seamless integration of new solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support implementation of new on‑premise security tools (e.g., IAM, NAC, next‑gen platforms).
- Contribute to security architecture design, configuration, and deployment efforts.
- Conduct network security assessments, identify risks, and propose mitigation measures.
- Configure and maintain firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, proxies, and other perimeter security controls.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with internal security standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and project reporting.
- Assist in troubleshooting complex security issues and support incident response activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in network security engineering with solid exposure to on‑premise environments.
- NDR (detection and response) and/or DLP (vulnerability management)
- Hands‑on experience with technologies such as:
- IAM / PAM platforms
- Firewalls (Palo Alto / Fortinet / Check Point)
- IDS/IPS
- NAC solutions
- SIEM/SOAR (advantage)
- Deep understanding of network protocols, security architecture, and hardening practices.
- Experience in security project implementation within enterprise or financial sectors is preferred.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security are advantageous.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
