Systems Analyst (Information Technology) – Security Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the transition from classical encryption (e.g., RSA, ECC) to quantum-resilient standards, primarily through Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC)
- Enforce cloud-native security controls, including encryption, network segmentation, and secure API gateways
- Conduct regular risk assessments and automated scanning to identify and remediate cloud-specific vulnerabilities
- Use tools such as Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and SIEM to detect misconfigurations and lead root-cause analysis for security breaches
- Assist in red-blue teaming exercises to test the organization's defenses and identify vulnerabilities in collaboration with the DPO
- Serve as the administrator for various security tools, including User Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) systems, ensuring the proper configuration, maintenance, and fine-tuning to optimize security monitoring and incident response
Requirements
- University degree in computer science, information systems, information security, cyber security, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in information security services
- Strong understanding of classical cryptography (symmetric/asymmetric encryption, PKI)
- Familiarity with post-quantum cryptography (PQC) algorithms and potentially quantum key distribution (QKD) technologies
- Experience with cloud-native security tools (e.g., AWS Security Hub) and container security (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Familiarity with AI-driven anomaly detection and using AI agents for automated context gathering during investigations
- Certification in AWS Certified Security, CCSP, CISSP, CISA, or Certified Ethical Hacker
- Self-driven and a good team player
- Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
