Responsibilities
- Perform physical / mechanical testing for toys and juvenile products according to international / national / client specific standard
- Complete data sheets and enter test result in BV lab
- Analyze testing data and prepare technical testing reports
- Review testing results according to international and approved testing standards
- Conducting failure analysis
- Provide instructions and guidance to juniors to perform testing procedures
- Physical works involving in manual handling and/or lifting and moving samples may be required as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Physics, Materials Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline
- At least 1-year relevant experience in product quality/ product testing.
- Experience gained from commercial laboratory or toys/ premium industry highly preferred
- Familiar with international testing standards for toys & juvenile products
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
