Job Description
- Qualification and Experience
- At least 7-year experience in site supervision of building projects or clerk of works roles;
- Diploma in building studies / civil engineering or related disciplines;
- Certificate in occupational safety and health / construction safety;
- Membership in ICWCI or similar professional body is an advantage.
- Skill Requirements
- Familiarity with material properties, Quality Control and Assurance procedures in compliance with G.S.C.E.W and G.S.B.;
- Construction management;
- Site inspections and inspection report writing;
- Knowledge of Buildings Ordinance and Regulations, Building Codes of Practices, Health and safety regulations in HK;
- Communication and problem solving; Time management;
- Team collaboration among Architects, Engineers and BS Engineers;
- Proficiency in MS Office application, AutoCAD, MS Project, Revit (as viewer);
- Good command in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
- Pay scale
- 24-month renewable contract; with end-of-contract 10% gratuity.
