Job Description

  • Qualification and Experience
  • At least 7-year experience in site supervision of building projects or clerk of works roles;
  • Diploma in building studies / civil engineering or related disciplines;
  • Certificate in occupational safety and health / construction safety;
  • Membership in ICWCI or similar professional body is an advantage.
  • Skill Requirements
  • Familiarity with material properties, Quality Control and Assurance procedures in compliance with G.S.C.E.W and G.S.B.;
  • Construction management;
  • Site inspections and inspection report writing;
  • Knowledge of Buildings Ordinance and Regulations, Building Codes of Practices, Health and safety regulations in HK;
  • Communication and problem solving; Time management;
  • Team collaboration among Architects, Engineers and BS Engineers;
  • Proficiency in MS Office application, AutoCAD, MS Project, Revit (as viewer);
  • Good command in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
  • Pay scale
  • 24-month renewable contract; with end-of-contract 10% gratuity.
