General Responsibilities:

Perform data cleansing and ensure the accuracy of master data
Manage and maintain CRM systems
Develop and maintain dashboards to support business decision-making
Maintain and automate reports to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Respond to user tickets and provide effective solutions
Handle internal and external client inquiries efficiently
Facilitate communication between local IT, regional teams, and clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies
Participate in the development and maintenance of a Data Lake with regional teams

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM systems and data governance
Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus
Experience in handling client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
Previous experience in a similar role within a business solutions team
