Job Description
工作職責
- 專櫃銷售與開拓： 駐守指定分行的「個人貸款服務專區」，全力開拓無抵押貸款（信用貸款）業務。
- 達成業績目標： 積極推廣個人貸款產品，以達到並超越公司制定的銷售指標。
- 主動尋找客源： 透過分行櫃檯轉介、現場推廣攤位及戶外營銷活動，主動吸納新客戶。
- 跟進貸款流程： 緊密跟進貸款審批及提款（放款）進度，提升客戶滿意度。
- 合規高效營運： 嚴格遵守銀行既定的工作程序指引，確保所有銷售及操作流程完全合規。
職位要求
- 學歷及經驗： 大學學歷並具最少 1 年經驗；或中學學歷並具 3 年或以上零售銀行分行經驗（具無抵押貸款產品銷售經驗者優先）。
- 工作特質： 積極進取、充滿熱誠、具備正面工作態度，並能獨立處理工作。
- 適應能力： 具備良好的團隊合作精神，能適應節奏快且多變的工作環境。
- 溝通技巧： 具備優秀的人際交往能力，流利廣東話、英語，懂普通話者優先。
