About The Role
You will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration to offer claims support to our customers and their loved ones.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Handling the claims inquiry and providing professional replies and service to the customer
- Centralizing the customer inquiry for record-keeping, reviewing existing guidelines, and future training
Shift Schedule
- Night shift: 6pm to 3am, 5 days per week
Roughly, the composition of your task will be as follows:
- Claims enquiry - 70%
- Claims assessment - 15%
- Ad hoc claims project - 15%
The success of this role will be measured by:
- Understanding customers’ needs effectively
- Providing professional solutions and appropriate advice
- Suggesting improvements that enhance customer satisfaction across Bowtie
About You
You have/are
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role in an insurance company, medical service provider (e.g., hospital, clinic), or TPA is a must
- Bilingual fluency in Chinese (Cantonese) and English is a must
- Strong problem-solving, flexibility, and soild communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset
- Good PC skills in MS Word, EXCEL, and Powerpoint
Preferred But Not Essential
- Experience handling medical claims enquiries
