Role Summary
Media Operations Specialist is responsible for end-to-end production, quality control, logistics, and administration of Pre-Recorded Announcements Music (PRAM) media products to ensure timely, accurate delivery that meets client specifications. Operating dedicated hardware and software, including Adobe Premiere to assemble, refine, and generate versioned masters across multiple formats. Each master undergoes structured QC to verify creative, aesthetic, technical, and compliance criteria—including picture/sound integrity, graphics, captions, and rights—before release. Operational coordination with global operations teams and internal stakeholders ensures on-time delivery across clients and regions, cross-functional investigations identify root causes and drive corrective actions when QC or delivery issues arise.

Remote Options: 5 days work in office
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meeting with the client to present audio line up and determine PRAM requirements.
- Operate dedicated hardware and software to produce and deliver PRAM products upon client request, including proper QC to ensure products meet the standards.
- Manage administration works to provide monthly report of PRAM production for billing.
- Working with Global operation Teams to ensure on-time delivery of all forms of media products across all clients.
- Advanced Non-Linear Editing using Adobe Premiere.
- QC versioned Masters to ensure all creative, aesthetic, and legal requirements have been met.
- Managing & monitoring deadlines.
- Updating metadata and Work Orders where appropriate.
- Supporting requests from internal staff members with general digital assets.
- Completing ad hoc projects as instructed by team manager.
- Vendor liaison for subtitle ordering and billing.
- Managing all inbound/outbound media logistics.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 year experience in broadcast video/audio editing or media operations.
- Advanced knowledge of NLE editing using Adobe Premiere includes troubleshooting issues.
- Knowledge of the movie and television industry and its expectations in design quality include experience with broadcast codecs, frame rates, aspect ratio preservation, standards conversion and audio.
- Exemplary attention to detail and accurate content screening.
- Experience versioning master per guidelines within the airline industry or for Broadcast would be advantageous.
- Experience with subtitle formats would also be beneficial.
- Knowledge of additional languages would be useful.
