Overview of the position
The Customer Marketing Executive leads commercial data analytics and dashboard management to optimize and drive the strategic trade marketing initiatives for the MHD portfolio. Sitting within the Customer Marketing team, this role is highly analytical, focusing primarily on translating sales figures and commercial KPIs into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will use these data-driven recommendations to oversee and support the practical execution of trade activations, ensuring all marketing efforts deliver maximum business impact and ROI.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Customer Marketing in formulating annual commercial plans and business reviews by providing data-backed forecasting, historical performance analysis, and trend projections
- Build, manage, and continuously upgrade commercial dashboards to provide regular, clear visibility into sales trends, channel KPIs, and brand performance
- Conduct rigorous quantitative analysis and perform comprehensive post-activity reviews to measure ROI and marketing spend efficiency
- Partner closely with Brand Marketing and Sales teams to ensure the timely and complete execution of impactful trade and market activations
- Synthesize internal sales data with external market intelligence to monitor competitor movements, identify emerging consumer trends, and propose fact-based growth recommendations
- Translate data insights into real-world market actions by managing the end-to-end setup and practical execution of trade activations across sales channels
- Partner closely with Brand Marketing and Sales teams to ensure on-the-ground trade execution (pricing, promotion, category management) aligns seamlessly with core brand strategies
- Oversee tactical tasks including POSM inventory tracking and distribution, agency coordination, in-store sampling setups, and promoter management

- Relevant experience in Customer Marketing gained from companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environment
- Possessing industry experience in FMCG, Consumer, Hospitality or Luxury Goods will be highly desirable
- Strong experience in SAP & other reporting systems plus Excel/ Spreadsheet modelling will be a plus
- Strong project management and data analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building effective working relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Strong emphasis on compliance, integrity and social sustainability
- Fluent in English with proficiency of other language(s) will be a plus
