Responsibilities
- Oversee the leasing performance and market positioning of the Corporation’s shopping malls to maximise rental revenue and growth potential
- Formulate and implement effective leasing strategies to enhance the tenant mix and long-term viability of the shopping malls
- Lead a leasing team and manage related leasing activities including formulating leasing budgets and marketing strategies, identifying prospective tenants, maintaining tenants’ relations, engaging in negotiation, as well as conducting market researches and financial analysis
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a property-related discipline
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably gained in upmarket shopping malls, including at least 2 years at a senior supervisory level
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure with excellent presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong sense of the retail market trend and extensive network with retailers and market practitioners
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Remarks
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Leasing Manager position
