Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Maintain smooth flow and high quality of service in the reception
- Work closely with other team members and make sure guest’s expectation is well managed
- Provide professional Guest Relations
- Manage all the communications channels for the reservations and enquiry
- Setup a seating plan and table allocation for the daily operations
- Handling the booking and taking care of all the details for the private events
- Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant
What We Are Looking For
- Possess experience working in fine-dining restaurants would be advantageous
- With customer-service oriented mindset and able to deliver fantastic service in a high-profile venue
- Great presentation and conversational skills
- Passionate about people and able to develop and grow with your team
- A high level of energy and a good team player
- Good command of both written and spoken English, preferred Chinese but not must
