The Role
We are currently recruiting an Officer within our HR department. This role will be on a contract basis for 2-3 days a week.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly payroll, MPF, tax returns and employee benefits enrollment and termination procedures for all staff in Hong Kong.
- Support in HR Operations (Employment agreements, system data entry, onboarding, offboarding etc.)
- Assist in handling recruitment process such as job-ad posting, arrangement of interviews, verification of candidate's qualifications, etc.
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday or other HR systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related labor legislation is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
