Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of new employee experience initiatives, as well as solutions that transform the end to end employee lifecycle
- Translate business requirements into technical and service specifications, and support managers in project management, planning, budgeting, standards and guidelines as well as providing training for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with business users, IT vendors, and contractors to conduct requirement studies, solution designs, system designs, coding, testing, and implementation
- Work closely with business users, IT vendors and contractors to provide requirement studies, solution design, system design, coding, testing and implementation
- Coordinate with IT vendors and contractors at various levels to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
- Provide timely technical support, system maintenance, and troubleshooting for Human Resources systems
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience preferably gained from sizable companies
- Hands-on experience in application development
- Experience in one or more HCM products, PeopleSoft, Oracle Taleo, Oracle Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow is an advantage
- Knowledge in enterprise systems integration (e.g. RESTful API, message queue) is a plus
- Knowledge of utilizing emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Analytics is an advantage
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
