Job Description
As a technical lead, your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead solution design and technical architecture for customer-facing platforms
- Provide hands-on technical leadership to engineering teams across the delivery lifecycle
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
- Ensure adherence to architecture standards, governance, and best practices
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, cloud, security, and risk stakeholders
- Drive system integration across cloud and on‑premise environments
- Contribute to technology roadmap, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Technical Lead Should Have
- 7+ years of experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, or senior engineering roles
- Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale systems in complex environments
- Hands-on cloud experience (Azure preferred)
- Solid understanding of modern application architecture, APIs, microservices, and integration patterns
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Architecture or cloud certifications are an advantage
