As a Solutions Consultant (FinTech), your main responsibilities will include:
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations of the FinTech portal to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into platform capabilities.
- Support business development efforts by providing solution-oriented presentations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact during onboarding and early lifecycle.
- Providing technical guidance and expertise to clients and internal teams.
- Managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless project execution.
- Ensuring all solutions align with industry best practices and compliance standards.
- Conducting training sessions and workshops for clients to optimize solution usage.
- Collaborate with internal product/technology teams and external vendors
- Translate client needs into functional requirements and system workflows
Anforderungsprofil
A Successful Solutions Consultant (FinTech) Should Have
- 3+ years' experience in FinTech / fund administration / financial services OR SaaS solutions / consulting / client-facing roles
- A strong background in technology and its application in the professional services industry.
- Experience working with institutional clients (hedge funds, asset managers, family offices) is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
- Experience in project management and delivering results within deadlines.
- A passion for staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
- A positive and client-focused approach to problem-solving.
Vergütungspaket
- Competitive salary package of HKD 450000 to HKD 600000 annually.
