岗位职责:
根据生产指令及工艺、质量、设备操作、安全等作业规范，执行生产任务，保质保量完成车间下达的各项生产任务。
- 产品生产
- 严格按照生产产品的工艺规程、岗位SOP等进行生产作业并及时、准确地完成生产记录及相关管理记录
- 根据车间下达的批生产指令单，保质保量的按时完成每班的生产任务
- 负责当班物品及岗位文件的管理
- 负责按照规程做好当班清场工作及清洁消毒工作
- 负责控制本岗位生产过程物料平衡
- 及时反馈并参与解决生产过程中出现的问题
- 质量控制
- 负责本岗位生产过程中的质量监控并实时记录
- 及时反馈异常情况
- 原辅料管理
- 负责根据规定量领用及处理原辅料及包材
- 负责对原辅料及包材的暂时性保管
- 负责对原辅料及包材的密封及退库
- 负责控制本岗位相关物料的物耗
- 工艺设备维护
- 根据工艺参数和设备操作规程正确操作
- 对当班设备、仪表、器具等日常维护、保养，并记录，发现问题及时报告
- 安全控制
- 严格执行安全生产制度，生产中注意水电汽的使用安全
- 人员培训
- 负责本岗位新人的带教、指导
Job Description
Responsible for executing production tasks in accordance with production orders, process specifications, quality standards, equipment operation procedures, and safety regulations to ensure the completion of all assigned tasks in the workshop with both quality and quantity.
- Product Production
- Strictly adhere to the process procedures and SOPs for production, ensuring accurate and timely completion of production records and related management records.
- Ensure the timely and high-quality completion of each shift sproduction tasks based on the batch production orders issued by the workshop.
- Responsible for managing materials and documents used during shifts.
- Perform on-shift site clearance, cleaning, and disinfection according to established procedures.
- Control material balance during production.
- Provide timely feedback and assist in resolving issues encountered during production.
- Quality Control
1）Monitor the quality of production processes and record real-time data.
- Immediately report any abnormal situations.
- Starting Material Management
- Responsible for the proper use and handling of starting materials and packaging materials in accordance with specified quantities.
- Ensure the temporary storage and proper sealing of starting and packaging materials, and return unused materials to storage.
- Control material consumption related to this position.
- Process Equipment Maintenance
- Operate equipment according to process parameters and equipment operation procedures.
- Conduct routine maintenance of equipment, instruments, and tools during shift, maintain records, and promptly report any issues found.
- Safety Control
- Strictly follow safety production regulations, pay attention to the safe use of water, electricity, and steam during production.
- Personnel Training
- Responsible for training and guiding new employees in this position.
任职要求:
- 专业及学历
- 大专或以上学历
- 专业经验
- 1年以上医药、制药行业企业生产相关工作经验 或
- 1年以上医药、制药行业企业生产相关领域管理工作经验
- 专业知识技能
- 了解生产管理、质量管制、设备管理等基本制度、流程与规范等；熟悉生产工艺流程、岗位SOP操作规范、安全操作规范及GMP基础知识等
- 熟悉领料退库相关规范及要求
- 熟练掌握岗位工艺生产参数、设备操作及生产技能
- 熟悉微生物相关知识
- 基础知识技能
- 掌握车间批生产记录、管理记录填写要求
- 能力素质
- 具备良好的表达、沟通与团队协作能力
- 具备较强的责任意识、质量意识、安全意识与规范意识

- Education & Background
- Diploma or above.
- Professional Experience
- At least 1 years of relevant experience in production related field in the pharmaceutical industry; OR
- At least 1 years of management experience in production related fields in the pharmaceutical industry
- Professional Knowledge & Skill
- Understand the basic regulations, processes, and standards of production management, quality control, and equipment management.
- Familiar with production process flows, SOPs, safety protocols, and basic GMP knowledge.
- Proficient in material handling and warehouse return protocols.
- Skilled in production parameters, equipment operation, and production techniques for this position.
- Knowledge of microbiology.
