Aufgabengebiet

  • Deliver high-quality onsite IT support to end users with a customer-first mindset
  • Manage incidents and service requests following ITIL processes and SLA requirements
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Windows and macOS endpoint issues efficiently
  • Support Microsoft 365, Adobe, and other approved business applications
  • Provide meeting and collaboration support (Zoom, Teams, Webex, Tencent VooV)
  • Perform basic network and VPN troubleshooting, including FortiClient
  • Assist with Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and endpoint management tasks
  • Support mobile devices across iOS and Android platforms
  • Conduct first-level troubleshooting for MDM, ABM, and device compliance issues
  • Act as onsite smart hands for servers, network, cabling, and voice equipment
  • Carry out hardware break-fix, replacements, and preventative maintenance
  • Manage device lifecycle activities, including deployment and asset tracking
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and follow-up support
  • Provide Level 2 remote support and collaborate with regional IT teams

Anforderungsprofil

  • Experience in onsite or deskside IT support within an enterprise environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and standard productivity applications
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based incident and request management processes
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Intune, and basic networking concepts
  • Experience supporting collaboration tools and virtual meeting platforms
  • Exposure to mobile device management and corporate mobility environments
  • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and device lifecycle tasks
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with regional teams
