Responsibilities
- Assist in engaging internal and external stakeholders to plan, deliver and evaluate effective management / soft skills training and development solutions according to the business needs
- Act as a Programme Manager of various curriculum programmes
- Conduct analyses and compile reports on learning initiatives
- Conduct research and identify learning and development best practices
Requirements
- Degree in a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, of which 3 years should at supervisory level
- Good facilitation and coaching, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Having experience with talent development programs is beneficial
- Hands-on experience in various software applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and learning technology offerings
- Experience in visualisation tool in learning analytic and Learning Management System is preferred
- High level of proactiveness, ability to work under pressure and commitment to timeline
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
