Software Engineer (Remote)

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team on a long-term engagement basis, contributing to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of modern software systems and cloud infrastructure.

The role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work across the entire software development lifecycle, from business requirements analysis and system design to implementation, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions supporting business requirements and operational needs
• Participate across the full software development lifecycle, including planning, analysis, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices
• Break down projects into manageable iterations and contribute to efficient delivery processes
• Collaborate with product and technical stakeholders to analyze business use cases and translate them into technical requirements
• Participate in technical discussions, solution design, and trade-off analysis
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems and cloud infrastructure
• Configure and maintain observability and monitoring tooling to improve system reliability, performance, and security
• Handle production incidents, support requests, and operational issues according to team processes
• Maintain proper technical documentation and ensure alignment across stakeholders using tools such as GitHub and Microsoft documentation platforms
• Contribute to the evolution of engineering standards, processes, and team collaboration practices
  
  

• Previous experience in a Software Engineering role with exposure to:
• Web development
• Back-end systems and services
• Relational databases (RDBMS)
• Experience supporting and managing production systems
• Good understanding of the complete software development lifecycle
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies
• Strong analytical thinking and pragmatic problem-solving approach
• Product-oriented mindset with attention to scalability, maintainability, and user impact
• Ability to evaluate and discuss technical trade-offs and architectural decisions
• Ability to balance detail-oriented execution with awareness of broader business and technical context
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
