Job Description:

The job holder will be responsible for the development of RAN performance improvement techniques and the optimization of the radio network in order to ensure the best possible service quality.

Key Accountabilities

• Analyze network performance and identify areas for improvement
• Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for optimization
• Develop and implement performance optimization strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network issues
• Conduct drive tests and field measurements to evaluate network performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in RAN development and performance
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers

Requirements

What You Will Bring?

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Proven experience in RAN development and performance optimization
• In-depth knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with drive tests and network performance measurement tools
• Experience with network planning and optimization tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English language
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Enthusiastic and passionate about network performance
• Strong attention to detail
