Senior Full Stack Engineer (Typescript)

We are building the next generation of enterprise AI tools, starting with a sophisticated web-based Assistant and evolving into a full-scale RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) engine.

As our first Full Stack hire, you will own the end-to-end user experience, translating complex AI capabilities into a seamless, high-performance interface. You aren't just building a UI; you are architecting how humans interact with LLMs at scale.

• Architect the Frontend: Lead the development of web applications using Next.js (App Router) and React.
• AI Orchestration: Implement real-time streaming, tool-calling, and generative UI components. While we utilize the Vercel AI SDK, we value deep understanding of streaming patterns over specific library knowledge.
• Backend Integration: Develop robust API routes and server actions in Node.js/TypeScript that interface with our Go-based core services.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure "instant-feel" interactions through strategic use of Edge Functions, Partial Prerendering (PPR), and optimistic UI updates.
• State Management: Manage complex, multi-modal chat histories and persistent user contexts across enterprise sessions.
• Collaboration & Quality: Conduct code reviews, document technical specifications, and stay ahead of the curve regarding AI industry trends.

• Next.js & React.js Mastery: 4+ years of professional experience with the Next.js App Router, Server Components, and TypeScript.
• AI Enthusiast & Power User: You live and breathe AI. You should have significant experience coding alongside Agentic AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Claude 3.5/4) and understand how to prompt and iterate with LLMs effectively.
• Modern CSS: Expertise in Tailwind CSS, SCSS, and component libraries like shadcn/ui to build accessible, enterprise-grade interfaces.
• API Proficiency: Solid experience with HTTP and GraphQL API consumption.
• Figma: Ability to translate high-fidelity designs into pixel-perfect code and collaborate within Figma files.
• MCP (Model Context Protocol): Familiarity or hands-on experience with MCP for connecting AI models to data sources.
• Testing & CI/CD: Experience with testing tools (Vitest, Playwright), Git practices, and GitHub Actions.
• Deployment: Familiarity with Vercel/AWS workflows and serverless architecture.
• Product-Minded: You prioritize "Product" and "UX" over raw code, understanding how to mitigate AI latency for a better user experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with Vercel AI SDK or LangChain/LangGraph.js.
• A background in data visualization for displaying AI-generated insights.
• Active contributions to open-source or a portfolio of "AI-native" side projects.
