Your role as a Low-Code Platform Developer/Senior Developer will focus on helping our clients identify and solve their most critical challenges through technology. In this role, you will commit to personal learning and development and explore opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional client services.

During your tenure as a Low-Code Platform Developer/Senior Developer, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of low-code/no-code solutions using modern development platforms and tools
• Configure and customize applications to meet business needs, under the guidance of more experienced team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system requirements and technical solutions
• Review business processes, user stories, and functional specifications to contribute to solution design and platform architecture
• Translate business objectives into technical deliverables, leveraging both low-code tools and light custom development where needed
• Participate in the integration of low-code applications with external systems and data sources using APIs and connectors
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of applications to ensure reliability and scalability
• Support ongoing application maintenance and continuous improvement of existing solutions
• Stay up to date with the latest innovations, new products & enhancements, and apply them accordingly to client issues when needed.
• Participate in relevant training sessions and certifications to deepen technical expertise and stay informed about evolving low-code technologies and best practices

#WinningRequirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent technical disciplines (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Business Information Systems)
• Post-graduate degree in relevant fields will be considered an asset
• 2 or more years of relevant experience in solutions development, implementation, or support, ideally in a consulting firm
• Analytical thinking and business analysis skills for effectively translating business objectives to system design
• Experience in C#, Java and JavaScript
• Experience in relational databases and query languages (e.g. SQL)
• Experience in communication protocols (e.g. HTTP, JSON, API, WS, SOAP, REST, XML)
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, including experience with AI-assisted development tools, intelligent automation, or integration of AI capabilities within low-code and enterprise platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Greek
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
