Missions
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Python
- Develop APIs and services powering the product and frontend
- Build systems for AI-driven workflows (matching, scoring, automation)

- Ensure performance, reliability, and security of backend systems
- Collaborate closely with frontend, data, and product teams
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical roadmap
