🤓 About the position
As a Fullstack Developer, you will help shape an innovative AdTech platform and its ecosystem: high-traffic architecture, data intelligence, automation, and operational excellence. Your impact will be measured both in product performance and in the evolution of our technical practices.
🧑🏻 💻 About the Tech Team
The current tech team is made up of 14 people, all Golang developers, 10 Fullstack(Go + TS), 1 Frontend Developer, and 3 Data Engineers (Big Data, TensorFlow), who are jointly responsible for the quality of the code and the platform.

⚙️ We use the following tools in our day to day activities : Slack, Figma, Figjam, Shortcut, Postman, Tandem, Notion (+Mermaid).
🤟 About You
📢 You have at least 3 years of experience in software development (Fullstack or Backend)
🌀 You are strong in Go or willing to ramp-up fast
🗺️ You can navigate a broad technical environment, from application code to infra, data flows and observability
🔍 Skilled in debugging and optimizing performance, scalability and resiliency
🇫🇷 You are fluent in French and comfortable communicating with French-speaking stakeholders
🇺🇸 You are comfortable writing your code, commits, and documentation in English
📉 Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret internal and external feedbacks, data and metrics to drive informed decisions
🤝 You communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating across teams, and contribute positively to group dynamics
