About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying new features across our platform, working closely with product teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will take ownership of code quality, ensuring reliability and performance across the full stack. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing our technical workflows and maintaining high standards of product performance and user experience. Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Extensive experience with Vue.js and Python (FastAPI + SQLAlchemy)
- Proven track record of leading significant features or projects from conception to deployment
- Strong understanding of full-stack development and best coding practices
- Experience mentoring junior developers and fostering team growth
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement new features for the platform, from backend to frontend
- Maintain and improve existing codebase, ensuring high reliability and performance
- Conduct thorough code reviews and uphold coding standards across the team
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver user-centric solutions
- Optimize technical workflows to enhance team productivity and efficiency
- Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes
