About The Role

Company: Accel Solutions Title: Geographic Information System Developer Description: An experienced Full Stack Developer is needed in the Network Planning Systems department. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain end-to-end company systems across diverse environments (Web & Desktop). Design and build advanced client-side components using Angular. Develop server-side and desktop components in C# (WinForms) using Visual Studio. Write complex PL/SQL code, procedures, and queries for Oracle databases. Regularly work with and integrate Geographic Information System (GIS) applications. Actively participate in requirements gathering, architectural design, and implementation of technological solutions within a small, dynamic team. Mandatory Requirements: Proven hands-on experience in Full Stack development — required. Demonstrated experience developing with Angular — required. Practical experience developing with C# and the Visual Studio environment — required. Experience building desktop applications using WinForms — required. Proven knowledge and experience working with Oracle databases: writing complex queries and PL/SQL code (procedures, packages, triggers, etc.) — required. Practical knowledge and experience working with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) — required. Personal Competencies: Strong self-learning ability — capacity to quickly master complex domains and new technologies independently. Teamwork orientation — experience and preference for working in small, close-knit teams characterized by collaboration and mutual support. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, with patience and strong people skills. Strong problem-solving skills and a broad, systems-oriented perspective.
