About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our dedicated AI Platform squad. In this role, you will work at the intersection of AI, product development, and engineering, playing a crucial part in enhancing and scaling Lini-powered features across the DiliTrust suite. Your contributions will help shape the future of our AI capabilities, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and seamlessly integrated into our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a keen interest in AI and machine learning, and a collaborative mindset. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including ML specialists, product managers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality AI features that meet business needs and user expectations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in B2B SaaS platforms in production environments
- Proven experience owning features end-to-end, from scoping and design to deployment and iteration
- Strong proficiency in Frontend development with Vue.js 3
- Solid experience with backend technologies, especially Node.js or TypeScript
- Familiarity with web architectures and REST/API design principles
- Experience working in cross-functional teams involving product, design, ML, or data teams
- First exposure to AI or ML-powered products is a strong plus; deep expertise is not required but curiosity is essential
- Knowledge of LLM integration patterns such as RAG, streaming, tool use, and context management is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to collaborate effectively, give and receive constructive feedback, and engage proactively in team discussions
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain features powered by Lini across the DiliTrust suite, including API design and frontend integration
- Collaborate closely with ML teams, product managers, and other engineering squads to deliver high-quality AI functionalities
- Participate in architecture discussions, proposing solutions for technical challenges related to LLM integration, scalability, and context management
- Write well-tested, documented, and maintainable code, actively participating in code reviews and quality assurance processes
- Contribute to defining and upholding engineering standards, including testing, observability, and CI/CD practices
- Identify cross-team dependencies early and work towards unblocking potential bottlenecks
- Continuously enhance your understanding of LLM patterns and AI product design, bringing innovative ideas into team conversations
- Support the ongoing improvement of platform stability, performance, and scalability
