Pros: The engineering culture here is collaborative, and I really appreciate the smart colleagues I work with daily. We tackle challenging projects, and there's a genuine effort to foster a supportive environment. The office space in Toulouse is also quite nice, contributing to a pleasant work atmosphere.
Cons: While flexibility is decent, sometimes project deadlines can feel a bit aggressive, impacting work-life balance more than ideal. Communication from leadership could also be more transparent regarding long-term strategic direction for the company.
Advice to Management: Continue investing in employee development and consider clearer communication channels for strategic updates to keep everyone aligned and motivated.
