Skills & Requirements
Personal and experience Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (on-prem & cloud-based data warehouses, data lakes)
- Solid skills in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g. Python)
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and integrations
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and collaborate with stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset and interest in turning data into business value
Other Requirements
- Experience with Azure data services and/or Spark is a plus
- Understanding SAP data & data structures is a plus
- Understanding of data quality, monitoring and basic data governance
- Fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Interest in healthcare, data-driven decision making and sustainability
