We run a managed cybersecurity and compliance platform—think of us as the security team our clients don't have. While our cybersecurity team handles the "engine," our platform team builds the "cockpit." This is where our customers interact with their security posture, manage AI-driven findings, and automate their compliance.
We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our existing platform team. We need someone who understands product craft deeply—someone who can take a concept and build a beautiful, functional interface from scratch that our users will love.

What You'll Do
- Join the Platform Team: You'll work alongside our existing engineers to develop and scale our customer-facing product.
- Own the Product Craft: You’ll be responsible for the "look and feel" of the features you ship. You take pride in building polished, production-ready interfaces from scratch.
- Ship Features End-to-End: From architecting the Postgres schema updates via Drizzle to building the frontend components in Next.js using standard REST patterns.
- Optimize Performance: Work with large datasets and complex security logs. You'll ensure our Postgres queries are snappy and our UI stays fluid under heavy data loads.
- Maintain Tech Excellence: We use TypeScript across the board. You’ll help maintain a clean, type-safe codebase that allows us to move fast without breaking things.
- Explore AI Workflows: You’ll help us evolve toward a true "security autopilot," integrating agentic workflows to help users remediate vulnerabilities faster.
You'll Excel If You Have
Must-Haves:
- 4-6 years of professional experience in full-stack roles, ideally in fast-paced startup environments.
- Mastery of TypeScript & Next.js: You know the framework inside out (App Router, Server Components, etc.).
- Solid Backend Fundamentals: Strong experience with Postgres and modern ORMs (we use Drizzle).
- Eye for UI/UX: You have a high bar for quality. You don't just "code to a spec"; you understand how to build intuitive user experiences.
- Pragmatic Problem Solver: You know when to build a "perfect" solution and when to ship a version to get feedback.
- Comfortable in English and Spanish: Both are used daily in the office.
Nice-to-Haves:
- AI Tooling Power-User: You use tools like Claude Code or Codex to multiply your output and stay ahead of the curve.
- Cybersecurity Interest: You understand (or are eager to learn) the basics of security-first coding and data protection.
- Early Stage Mindset: You’ve worked in high-growth environments where you had to wear multiple hats and take full ownership.
- AI/Agentic Knowledge: You’ve experimented with creating agents or worked with frameworks like Strands.

Recruitment Process (2-3 weeks)
