It all began 30 years ago, in 1992, with one man on his motorbike. Determined to find a way to stay outdoors for as long as he could, Joan Rojas invented the seamless neckwear. Today his legacy lives on, as it’s embedded in our purpose of inspiring a more conscious world through the thrill of adventure.
That initial spirit of invention and passion for nature are still at the very heart of our company. It’s in our values, in our commitment to people and our planet, the teams we build and the community we create. We express this intention to generate a positive impact and to reduce our environmental footprint through our sustainability program DO MORE NOW.
At BUFF®️ we create, design and produce over 90% of our products in our headquarters in Igualada (Barcelona), the place where it all began. From here, we distribute our headwear and neckwear, covering outdoor, snow sports, fishing, running, cycling, and general lifestyle markets, to over 80 countries.
We are always looking for motivated people to join our team. We love curious and critical thinkers who are proactive and collaborative, who share our passion and commitment to a more sustainable and inclusive world. Join us in this adventure and be part of a worldwide community united in the spirit of LIVE MORE NOW.

Pros: The best part about BUFF® is definitely the people and the culture. There's a genuine sense of community among employees, many of whom are passionate athletes themselves. This shared enthusiasm for outdoor sports and high-performance gear makes for a really engaging workplace. Product innovation is also a highlight, and it's rewarding to contribute to a well-respected brand.
Cons: While the team is fantastic, the workload can become quite intense, particularly during product launch cycles or peak sales periods. Sometimes, processes could be a bit more streamlined to manage the demanding schedule more effectively. It would be beneficial to have clearer project prioritization to prevent feeling overwhelmed.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more robust project management tools or clearer workflows to help distribute workload during busy periods. Recognizing and celebrating team achievements more visibly would also be great.

Pros: Working for BUFF® offers a decent level of job security, especially in the competitive outdoor gear market. The team I worked with was collaborative and always willing to lend a hand. I learned a lot about online sales strategies and gained valuable experience in the lifestyle and apparel sector. The remote work setup was also a big plus for work flexibility.
Cons: There were times when communication about project priorities could have been clearer, leading to some last-minute rushes. The pace can be demanding during peak seasons for sales. Some internal processes felt a bit manual, which could be streamlined for better efficiency, particularly in how tasks are assigned and tracked across different departments.
Advice to Management: Invest in better project management software or training to improve workflow and communication, especially for remote teams. Clearer goal setting and cross-departmental alignment would help manage workload more effectively during busy periods.
