At Chora, we develop high-tech communication solutions for environments where quality, reliability, and performance are absolutely essential. We are now looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our R&D team in Aalborg – a role with significant technical ownership and real influence on both solutions and direction.
In this role, you will take ownership of complex features from idea to operation. You will work closely with other senior engineers, technical leads, and product stakeholders, helping ensure high quality in both code and architecture. You will act as a key sparring partner within the team and contribute actively to code reviews, technical decisions, and the continuous improvement of our development practices.
We are looking for someone with solid software development experience – typically 5+ years – and strong competencies in areas such as C++, along with experience in C# or similar languages. You write structured, testable, and maintainable code and have a strong understanding of system design and complex problem-solving. At the same time, you are comfortable taking responsibility, working independently, and contributing to the team by supporting and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
