Lead a strategic End-to-End Configuration Management Program in Kamstrup
Kamstrup has grown significantly over the past years and aims to continue rapid growth. A key challenge is that our processes and systems across the product life cycle are not fully designed nor aligned to support scalable growth. Further, we want to improve customer experience and support future models of interacting with our customers. To achieve this, we have launched what we term an End-to-End Configuration Management Program.
As our new End-to-End Program Manager, you will be responsible for the critical objective of securing short-term clean-up on high priority challenges and working closely with the Business Units to define the future strategy for product variants and configurability in Kamstrup. And based on that, build a strong information flow and digital thread, ensuring consistent product structures and configurations across the product lifecycle.
More specifically, you will be:
- Supporting the development of a clear vision of a strategy for Kamstrup’s End-to-End (E2E) Configuration Management Program
- Working with Business Units to define the strategy for product configuration that will work as outset for designing the future configuration management system
- Driving development in structure and management of configurations, configuration rules and BOMs within Kamstrup to support end-to-end configuration ambition
- Leading a small team of key experts day-to-day to first define, and later implement, initiatives across Kamstrup
- Working with department leaders and being responsible for reviewing and changing current business approaches and processes to drive value-chain efficiency
In this new formed role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of Kamstrup’s business model and core processes. Besides ensuring scalability and simplification in our processes, the new program aims to strengthen how our customers experience working together with Kamstrup. Your efforts will enable Kamstrup to deliver faster and accelerate growth via e.g. faster compliance and enhanced abilities to enter new markets. You will experience the freedom to make your mark and act as change-agent within Kamstrup, while securing project progress by executing activities independently as well as through the team and the general organization.
Meet your future team
You will report directly to the VP of Strategy, while the program will be governed and supported by a board of senior leaders across Kamstrup. A team will be built around the program, consisting of colleagues from the existing organization who are fully allocated to it, as well as potentially external support.

We are looking for a Program Manager, who can take lead on evolving end-to-end program management to the future state. You achieve this by orchestrating and driving a complex portfolio of projects that secure Kamstrup’s ability to scale. We are looking for someone with outstanding leadership and stakeholder engagement skills who navigates and communicates successfully to a diverse network, engaging with senior leadership, business unit managers, and cross-functional teams.
In order to succeed, we imagine that you:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience from leading larger projects / programs or having held key management positions
- Experience in managing larger transformation projects, incl. projects with significant change impact (e.g. across digital systems, information and data structures and business processes)
- Proficient knowledge and interest in digital information and systems and how this impacts processes
- Ability to create results excellent communication, persistence, and motivation
- Experience with industrial manufacturing processes and/or configuration management will be seen as a positive
