We are looking for an experienced Data Warehouse Developer to join our clients Enterprise Data Warehousing team. As data volumes and reporting demands grow, we are embarking on the development of a new data warehouse. This role involves working on data onboarding and transforming our analytical capabilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze source data (Azure data lake) to define optimal data model.
- Design RAW & business vault layer using Data Vault 2.0 modeling approach.
- Implement dimensional modeling in Datamat layer.
- Source data from ADL and manage loading through Airflow DAGs.
- Ensure high code quality and optimize data loading efficiency.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Data Warehousing.
- Extensive development experience with Snowflake.
- Intermediate level knowledge of Data Vault 2.0 modeling.
- Experience in creating Airflow DAGs and intermediate Python knowledge.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork capability.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Data Warehouse Developer.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
- Experience in C# programming.
- Previous experience in the financial industry.
