Intern in Nordisk Film Production

Nordisk Film Production is seeking a new intern for the fall semester, starting in August 2026 and ending in December/January 2027.

Do you love feature films and TV series and wonder how all the names and logos on the credits come together? Thins internship offers a hands-on introduction to the international film and TV industry and the creative collaboration behind every co-production.

As an intern, you will learn how films and series are financed and produced across borders. You will assist with international funding applications, liaise with streamers and broadcasters and help prepare for festivals and markets.

We are looking for someone who is independent, proactive and curious about about international financing and co-production. Some knowledge or experience with festivals, markets, or production is an advantage, but not required - you’ll be working alongside experienced professionals.

You should be a team player, eager to learn about the global film and TV landscape and fluent in Danish and English, as you will speak and write in both languages on the job.

Strong data research abilities, tech savvy, and communication skills are highly valued, along with solid structure and discipline in managing tasks and deadlines. You’ll work across teams, organize information, and support materials for international partners.

You will gain valuable insight into co-production processes, financing structures, TV sales, markets, and festivals. We understand that you may have a part-time job alongside your internship.

Your workplace will be in our Danish office in Valby, and we expect you to work 25-30 hours a week during normal office hours.

The internship is unpaid, and you must be enrolled in a merit-based education programme.
