We are looking for professional and reliable event staff for the EFC General Assembly in Copenhagen, 25–30 September 2026 ⚽, involving representatives from leading European football clubs.


We are recruiting for two different roles:


1. VIP Hosts

We are looking for highly professional and experienced hosts who are confident working with VIP guests.

  • Previous hosting/event experience
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English
  • Very professional and service-minded
  • Comfortable working in a formal setting and wearing a suit
  • Confident, presentable and guest-focused
  • Comfortable handling and assisting VIP guests


2. Event Road Handler / Logistics

We are looking for reliable and physically capable staff to assist with practical event logistics.

  • Comfortable with lifting and physically demanding tasks
  • Moving flight cases, AV equipment and event materials around the venue
  • Loading/unloading and general logistics support
  • Reliable, helpful and professional attitude
  • Experience with event logistics, manual handling, stagehand/roadie work or similar is a plus


Previous knowledge of EFC is considered an advantage.
